When you contact us, the website collects your name, email address, optional organization, inquiry type, message and time of submission. Security logs and abuse-prevention counters (with hashed network identifiers) may also be generated.
How we use information
We use contact information to review and respond to inquiries, keep the website secure and improve our services. Do not submit protected health information, patient records or other sensitive medical data.
Showcase demonstrations
Interactive showcase applications run entirely in your browser on synthetic data. Nothing you enter in a demonstration is sent to our servers.
Storage and processors
Information is stored in our website database operated on Cloudflare infrastructure. Our editorial research automation processes public regulator notices only and never sends inquiry messages to AI providers.
Retention and your rights
Inquiries are retained for up to 18 months for business follow-up and are then deleted automatically. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information through the contact form. Depending on where you live — including Canada and Vietnam — additional rights may apply.
Cookies and analytics
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies or personal identifiers. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only in the private administration area.
