Risk first
We start every product with a risk discussion: who could be harmed, how, and what the software must never do. Risks are tracked in a living register and drive design and test priorities.
Trust in medical software is earned through practices that can be inspected. This is how we work on every project — and what you can ask us to show you.

Data minimisation, purpose limitation and explicit retention are design inputs, not legal clean-up. For Canada we consider PIPEDA and provincial health-information laws such as Ontario’s PHIPA; for Vietnam, the Law on Personal Data Protection and related decrees.
Threat modelling, OWASP ASVS-based controls, least-privilege access, encrypted transport, audit trails and dependency review are part of the definition of done.
Requirements link to design decisions, code and automated test evidence. When a product is regulated as Software as a Medical Device, we can work within frameworks such as IEC 62304, ISO 14971 and ISO 13485 alongside your quality team.
AI features are assistive. Outputs are grounded in sources, evaluated against curated test sets, clearly labelled and always reviewable by a qualified person before they affect care.
We design and test against WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard operation, sufficient contrast, readable type and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Tell us about your workflow, your users and your constraints. We will suggest the smallest useful next step.
